“Swipe DL” - A “customer” can be located or added by “swiping” their driver’s license using a barcode or magnetic swipe scanner.

The “cog wheel” provides settings options for this search.

Place the cursor in the empty field.

“Swipe” or “Scan” the license. 

Select “Swipe DL”.

Add a new customer, update an existing customer, or add the customer to the queue. Refer to the “Add a Customer”, “Edit a Customer”, or “Add A Customer to the Queue” topics for details.

“21 Born On” - This displays the date the “Customer” must have been born on or before.

“Customer Name or ID” - A customer can be added or located by first searching for the name or ID number. Scanners may also be used in this field.

Enter all or part of the name or ID in the field.

Select “Go Search”.

“Quick Sale Buttons” - This section provides a button to start a cart for each of the top 15 customers. Refer to the “Add a Customer Invoice” topic for details.

“Quick Buttons” - This contains links that allow users to easily navigate to parts of the system that are most likely to be useful.

“Clock In/Out” - A user can quickly clock in or out. Refer to the “Clock In/Out, My Hours, and My History” for details.

“My Cart Favorites” - A user can quickly access “My Cart Favorites” which allow users to provide pricing options and discount campaigns to customers. Refer to the “My Cart Favorites Introduction” for details.

“Customer Logs” - A user can quickly access “Customer Logs”, which provides access to customer details and interaction notes. Refer to the

“Add, Edit, or Review Customer Logs” topic for details.

“Invoice Homepage” - A user can quickly access the “Invoice Homepage” to locate and manage “Invoices”. Refer to the “Invoice Homepage” topic for details.

“Inventory Homepage” - A user can quickly access the “Inventory Homepage” to locate and manage “Inventory”. Refer to the “Inventory Homepage” topic for details.

“MMJ Operations Homepage” - A user can quickly access metrics and tools related to the overall operation.

“Reports Homepage” - A user can quickly access pre-built or “canned” reporting options. Refer to the “Reports Homepage” topic for details.

Closing Report” - A user can quickly create a “Closing Report” that documents their sales activity when leaving a register. Refer to the “Closing Reports” topic for details.

“Metrc API Home” - Buttons for business specific homepages may also be presented.

“Classic Homepage” - A user can quickly access a comprehensive set of tools to navigate the system. Refer to the “Classic Homepage” topic for details.

“RFID or Batch #” - A user can quickly search for batch details.

Enter a RFID or batch number.

Select “Search”.

“Ecommerce & Live Menu Orders” - This shows a queue of orders placed through e-commerce options.

“Order Homepage” - This is also known as the “Quote Homepage”. Refer to the “Quotes Homepage” topic for details.

“Order number” - Select the “Order Number” to review the “Order” or “Quote”.

“Cancel” - Select to “Cancel” the “Order” or “Quote”.

“Restore Order” - Restores the order to the “Cart” to facilitate order completion. Refer to the “Convert a Quote into an Invoice” topic for details.
