Introduction To E-Commerce

Course

Adilas offers marijuana businesses an online menu and ordering platform fully integrated with the customer relationship management and inventory control system.

Businesses have many choices in how they create their online store, although the cannabis industry has only a few good choices for how to display their cannabis business menu online.

Since most marijuana businesses are using seed to sale software, staff spend a significant amount of time managing the details of inventory in their inventory control system.

Updating menus in multiple places can be incredibly time consuming.

An all in one solution like Adilas e-commerce offers employees the opportunity to enter their inventory in one database and automatically update it in their online store.

In Adilas “E-Commerce” describes the public facing view of inventory and the online ordering or sales process. Once set up, customers can browse inventory and/or place orders online with ease.

Adilas E-commerce connects multiple Adilas “Main Players” such as customer records, queues, inventory records, quotes, and invoices. E-Commerce settings are controlled in several locations. Primary E-Commerce functionality is controlled by the “Main Settings”. These settings can also be found through the system item categories, items and attributes.

A company can define required login information and what the customer sees.

“Item Settings” control the individual inventory Item.

“Parent Attributes” and “Sub Attributes” control E-Commerce search, selections and variable functions.

We will now show you a quick lesson by Russell, one of the creators of Adilas E-Comerce. He is going to give us a quick introduction to some of the main e-commerce settings.

In the following Adilas420 topics we will cover:

  • E-Commerce Main Settings
  • E-Commerce - Strain or Item Settings
  • Add or Edit Parent Attributes to appear on e-commerce
  • Finally, we will cover Add or Edit Sub Inventory to appear online
